Our Team

Our large team of young professionals is the prime reason for our success in this complex world of modern marketing. Today you need to use a multitude of tools and platforms – we use a massive  24 so we need lots of product specialists.

Modern marketing using multiple platforms creates a major problem for organisations: it requires massive amounts of time to make them effective. Why? Because every message, every interaction, must be personalised and there is no software to do this. Our solutions?

  1. Expert offshore teams: We built long-term and close relationships with five teams located in lower wage countries, teams we can enable at any time. It keeps costs down while creating consistent execution.
  2. International Interns: Joining us for 6 months in their final year of studies, they get the work experience that’s a requirement of their marketing or business degrees – they are our ‘secret weapon’! Since 2008 we have always had 6-8 unpaid interns who work full-time, and their smarts, energy, and creativity delivers amazing results to our clients. We work hard to give them a great experience – and it works, as nearly all are now referrals from previous interns!

What’s our story?

We began as just another B2B Marketing Agency in 2008 doing all the traditional digital and offline marketing stuff. Five years ago, we changed when we saw one client getting amazing results. We assumed it was because we had done a great job, but no…

…What they had done was clever: they had asked their prospects a question. Thousands were asked about the issues they were facing. The result: hundreds of prospects talking back. 

So then more clients got on board, asking their prospects about the issues they were facing. From these two-way conversations, they gained valuable insights into the industry they serviced, which they then shared with their prospects.

What was happening? They were connecting with thousands in a meaningful way. They were able to address their issues and so became positioned as the experts.

From this experience, we saw that Digital and Social Media had huge potential. However, it was complex, rapidly changing and many of the online platforms needed to work together to be effective (we use 48). So we applied for government funding to create what is now called the ‘Social Media Sales Process’. After five years of R&D funding, we are still the only marketing agency with research support.

We now implement this new process into our clients’ businesses and into many different industries and countries.
